A Bill to Protect the Department of Health


BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

Preamble. Fixes a large loophole in the Revised Health Act.

Section I. The Revised Health Act shall be amended.

Section IA. In this legislation, the term “Revised Health Act” shall be defined as:

Section II. Section 2, sub-section (A) of the Revised Health Act shall now state:

“(A): The Department of Health shall have the authority to oversee civil medical certifications, not combat medical certifications. The Department of Health shall have the authority to create justified medical regulations; henceforth being able to enforce those regulations. Should an individual holding a medical certification violate a medical regulation set by the Department of Health, the Department of Health shall have the authority to order one of the following: temporary Medical Certification suspension, Medical S̶u̶s̶p̶e̶n̶s̶i̶o̶n̶Certification revokage.”

Section III. This legislation shall go into effect after following the constitutional procedure required.
