A Bill to Protect the Capitol Building

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: The Firestone Criminal Code ® shall be defined as Firestone Criminal Code ® and shall be referred to as the “Criminal Code” within this amendment.

SECTION 2: Chapter 3, Section 8, Subsection b6 of the Criminal Code currently states, “(b6) Entering into the areas marked in red in this screenshot without proper clearance from authorized personnel of the Department of Homeland Security.”

SECTION 2A: Chapter 3, Section 8, Subsection b6 of the Criminal Code shall be amended to state, “(b6) Entering into the areas marked in red in this screenshot without proper clearance from authorized personnel of the Department of Homeland Security.”

SECTION 3: Chapter 3, Section 9, Subsection b10 of the Criminal Code currently states, “(b10) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance to do so from authorized personnel of the Department of Homeland Security.”

SECTION 3A: Chapter 3, Section 9, Subsection b10 of the Criminal Code shall be amended to state, “(b10) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance to do so from authorized personnel of the Department of Homeland Security.”

SECTION 4: This legislation shall be brought into law, given that it follows the procedures to do so, as outlined by the Constitution.

SECTION 5: Should any part of this legislation be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
