A Bill to Protect our State's Government Offices

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

PREAMBLE: To bring back Article 1, Section 3 of the Old Firestone Constitution ( Trello ) through State law.

SECTION I. Only citizens may hold elected or appointed offices within the State of Firestone, whether it’d be Executive, Judicial, and or Legislative positions.

  1. A citizen in Firestone is defined as a person who passed the citizenship test and holds Middle-Class Citizenship or Upper-Class Citizenship.

SECTION II. No person shall hold any other government positions within the State of Firestone in another Ro-State, Ro-Nation, or another Roblox entity that seeks harm against the State of Firestone, and or that harbors enemies thereof.

a. “Seeks harm” is defined as seeking or waging war against Firestone, threatens the security and the democratic principles of Firestone, denounces Firestone’s independence.

SECTION III. Citizens within the State of Firestone may not hold more than one government office within the State of Firestone.

a. Government Offices are defined as; The Governor, The Lieutenant Governor, Speaker of the House, Chief Court Justice, Senator, Representative, Cabinet, Sub-Cabinet, County Executive, County Councilman, Municipal Council/Alderman, Mayor, Supreme Court Justice, and District Court Justice.

SECTION IV. If an individual is to be found in violation of this legislation, they’re subjected to either resign from one of their offices and or if the Governor is able to dismiss them from their position within the Executive Branch, failure to do so is grounds for Impeachment.

SECTION V. This legislation shall go into effect upon meeting the Constitutionally required criteria.
