A Bill to Pass the Redwood City Charter

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF ARBORFIELD CITY COUNCIL HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: The Redwood City Charter shall be officially affirmed and therefore recognized by the Redwood City Council as the city charter. This charter shall detail how the system of government in the City of Redwood is to operate, as well as other important information concerning the city government.
SECTION 2: “Redwood City Charter” shall be defined as the following document: https://goo.gl/EBNDXi
SECTION 3: All elements of the city charter shall be declared as the law of the City of Redwood. Any information not specifically detailed by the city charter shall be added by proper creation and passage of legislation.
SECTION 4: Upon passage, this bill shall go into effect immediately.
SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
