to Parking at an Unmarked Sidewalk

PREAMBLE
Due to recent issues at Stapleton County on parking at an unmarked sidewalk and the nullification of a legislation, Congress shall define parking at an unmarked sidewalk.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:


SECTION 1.

(a) Any individual who parks their vehicle next to any sidewalk that is not marked and prevents the flow of traffic on any roadway shall be charged with Parking at an Unmarked Sidewalk.

(b) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be charged for Parking at an Unmarked Sidewalk. Law enforcement officers will have the option of giving a verbal warning or issuing a citation that shall be no less than one-hundred dollars to no more than three-hundred dollars.

SECTION 2.

(a) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Parking at an Unmarked Sidewalk.

SECTION 3.

(a) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Parking at an Unmarked Sidewalk’ are hereby declared null and void.

(b) Upon passage of this legislation by both the Senate, the House of Representatives, and subsequently being signed by the Governor, this bill shall be made law and go into effect immediately without unnecessary delay.
