A Bill to Nullify the “Aviation and Airfield Regulation Act”
BE IT ENACTED BY THE DISTRICT OF PROMINENCE COUNCIL HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
PREAMBLE
The laws in the act are not properly made to fit the FCC, alongside with that, the majority of the laws in here are already established through superior legislation
SECTION 1
“Aviation and Airfield Regulation Act” shall be defined here.
SECTION 1A
“Aviation and Airfield Regulation Act” shall be deemed null and void upon the passage of this piece of legislaiton.
SECTION 2
This District Ordinance shall go into effect immediately upon passing the legal processes as described by the District Charter.
