A Bill to Amend "A Bill to Repeal and Replace A Bill to Recognize Restricted Areas”
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: “A Bill to Repeal and Replace A Bill to Recognize Restricted Areas” shall be amended.
SECTION 2: “A Bill to Repeal and Replace A Bill to Recognize Restricted Areas” shall be defined as: A Bill to Repeal and Replace A Bill to Recognize Restricted Areas
SECTION 3: Section 2D of “A Bill to Repeal and Replace A Bill to Recognize Restricted Areas” currently states: “Restricted areas that will be recognized shall be stated in the following sections of (2E-2J):”
SECTION 3B: Section 2D of “A Bill to Repeal and Replace A Bill to Recognize Restricted Areas” shall now state: “Restricted areas that will be recognized shall be stated in the following sections of (2E-2K):”
SECTION 4: Section 2K shall now be created and state:“The Government Gas Stations shall be recognized as restricted areas within the State of Firestone. The act of breaching (trespassing) a Government Gas Station without proper clearance shall be considered to be a misdemeanor.”
SECTION 4B: Section 2K.1 shall now be created and state: “On-duty Firestone National Guard, Department of Corrections, Firestone State Patrol, Firestone Department of Homeland Security, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Firestone Department of Transportation, and the Firestone Department of Public Works shall have proper clearance to enter these premises. In addition, authorized members riding in the same vehicles as one of the members while they are on-duty shall also have clearance.”
SECTION 5: This legislation shall be enforced by the Firestone National Guard, Department of Corrections, Firestone State Patrol, Firestone Department of Homeland Security and Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office.
SECTION 6: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passing both chambers and being signed into law by the Governor.
