BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: The Revised Health Act shall be amended.
SECTION 1A: The Revised Health Act shall be defined as: Revised Health Act.
SECTION 2: Section 2(e) currently states, “Medical certification shall be defined as holding a certification allowing an individual to perform medical-related tasks at the County. All Medical Certification(s) can be found here: https://trello.com/b/KXmtm3q2/state-health-registry-of-firestone ”
SECTION 2A: Section 2(e) shall now state, “Medical certification shall be defined as holding a certification allowing an individual to perform medical-related tasks at the County. The Department of Health shall make known, on a public Trello board, as designated by the Secretary of Health, the status of active and/or inactive medical certifications."
SECTION 3: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon completing the Constitutional procedure required.
