A Bill to make the Bridge DOC Property
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
Section I: The “bridge” shall be defined as the bridge connecting to the checkpoint of DOC.
Section II: The bridge shall be made the property of FDOC.
Section II B: The Bridge shall be open to the public but not when asked to leave.
Section III: The request of asking to leave the bridge shall be made by the FDOC and may only be asked to do so if an Correctional Officer+ thinks is necessary.
Section IV: FDOC shall enforce this law, along side SCSO and FSP.
FDOC: Firestone Department of Corrections - Roblox
SCSO: Stapleton County Sheriff's Office - Roblox
FSP: Firestone State Patrol - Roblox
Section IV: Loitering on the Bridge after being asked to leave by FDOC shall be defined as a misdemeanour.
Section IV B: One shall be fined a minimum of 100 dollars and no more than 300 dollars on first three(3) offenses, on fourth offense one is subject to arrest for a minim amount of time 200 seconds and no more than 500 seconds.
Section V: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passage.
Section IV: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
