A Bill to make Disturbing the Peace Illegal
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
Section I: This legislation shall make Disturbing the Peace illegal within the State of Firestone.
Section II: “Disturbing the Peace” shall be classified as making a repeated noise or causing a general disturbance to intentionally disturb an already peaceful area. These areas shall consist of neighborhoods, suburban areas, and minimally populated areas with twenty (20) or less people present.
Section II B: “Noises” shall consist of continuously honking a vehicle’s horn for a reason not consisting of protecting oneself from injury, or to make oneself known to other drivers or civilians. “Noises” shall also consist of any music played from a buyable boombox which mods may see fit for rule violation as “earape”. This shall not include any audio that mods will not classify as the rule violation of “earape”.
Section III: This legislation shall be classified as a misdemeanor and punishable at a maximum of 100 seconds in State Prison. First time violators of this legislation shall receive a one-hundred-dollar (100) citation. Second time violators shall receive a five-hundred-dollar (500) citation. Third time or further violators shall receive a sentence of one-hundred (100) seconds in State Prison.
Section IV: Any Law Enforcement Agency within the State of Firestone shall be responsible for enforcing this legislation within Stapleton County or any Firestone related games.
Section IV B: Law Enforcement Agencies shall be defined as:

Section V: This legislation shall be implemented immediately upon passage of congress along with the signing of the governor.
