A Bill to Make DHS Voluntary

Mr. urdadcaleb (for himself, Mr. cooldudesub, Mr. Mega_Goalie16, Mr. RoadHockeyKidd, Mr. Acting Governor Ash1835, Mr. BlueLineEnforcement, Mr. L_3ee and Mr. Baconman1499) proposed the following bill:


A BILL

To make employment within the Department of Homeland Security voluntary; to widen opportunities for members of the department; to concur with "fed-law".

Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,

§1. Title
(a) This Act shall be known, and may be cited as, “A Bill to Make DHS Voluntary”.

§2. Enactment
(a) This Act shall go into effect upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.

§3. Severability
(a) Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.

§4. Enforcement
(a) This Act shall be enforced by any relevant parties.

§5. Definitions
(a) The “Employment Act of 2022” shall be defined as this.

§6. Repealments
(a) Section 4(ii) of the Employment Act of 2022 shall be repealed and declared null and void.

§7. Amendments
(a) Section 6(vii) shall be amended to the Employment Act of 2022 and shall state: “Firestone Department of Homeland Security”.
