A Bill to Make Damage to Government Property Illegal
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: This legislation would make the act of causing accidental damage to government or private property and willfully damage to government or private property illegal.
SECTION 2A: “Causing Willfully Damage” is recognized as purposely causing destruction of property, tampering with unauthorized property; EXAMPLE: Climbing light poles, damaging law enforcement vehicles etc.
SECTION 2B: “Causing Accidental Damage” is recognized as unintentionally causing destruction of property, tampering with unauthorized property; EXAMPLE: Climbing light poles, damaging law enforcement vehicles, etc.
SECTION 2C: “Government Property” may include, but is not limited to: any vehicle, building, or asset owned by the government, law enforcement officer, or public employee.
SECTION 3A: “Causing Willfully Damage” shall be confirmed a felony offense of 100s-500s jail time
SECTION 3B: “Causing Accidental Damage” shall be confirmed a misdemeanor:
First time offenders: (Warning)
Second time or more offenders: (Citation of $100-$400; misdemeanor charge)
Section 4: This legislation shall be overseen and enforced by the Firestone State Patrol, the Sheriff’s Office, and the Department of Homeland Security.
Section 4A: The Firestone State Patrol shall be defined as: Firestone State Patrol - Roblox
Section 4B: The Sheriff’s Office shall be defined as: Stapleton County Sheriff's Office - Roblox
Section 4C: The Department of Homeland Security shall be defined as:
Section 5: This legislation shall go into effect immediately once it passes both chambers.
Section 6: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
