A Bill to Make Assisting in a Criminal Act Illegal
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
Section 1: This legislation shall make assisting in a criminal act illegal and a chargeable offense.
Section 2: This legislation shall make Assisting in a Criminal Act Illegal.
Section 2A: Assisting shall be defined as; “being present as a helper.”
Section 2B: Criminal Act shall be defined as; “an act committed by a person that violates a law.”
Section 3: Violators shall receive the following;
Section 3A: First Violation: (375 Jail Time; felony charge)
Section 3B: Second Violation: (400 Jail Time; felony charge).
Section 3C: Third Violation: (450 Jail Time; felony charge).
Section 3D: More Than Three Violations: (550 Jail Time; felony charge).
Section 4: The Firestone State Patrol, Staple ton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Corrections, and Department of Homeland Security shall enforce this legislation.
Section 4A: The Firestone State Patrol shall be defined as:
Section 4B: The Staple ton County Sheriff’s Office shall be defined as: Stapleton County Sheriff's Office - Roblox
Section 4C: The Department of Homeland Security shall be defined as: Firestone Department of Homeland Security - Roblox
Section 4D: The Department of Corrections shall be defined as: Firestone Department of Corrections - Roblox
Section 5: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passage.
Section 6: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
