A Bill To Improve Criminal Mischief

PREAMBLE

To make the criminal code less confusing and add a more common law.

BY VIRTUE OF THE COUNTY CHARTER OF STAPLETON COUNTY THE COUNCIL HEREBY ESTABLISHES THAT:

SECTION 1.

“A Bill to Make Criminal Mischief a Crime” shall be defined here.

“Trash Can Protection Act” shall be defined here.

The “Firestone Criminal Code” shall be defined here.

SECTION 2.

Section 1C of “A Bill to make Criminal Mischief a Crime” currently states: “

“Criminal Mischief” shall state the following:

“(a) Criminal Mischief shall be recognized as an unlawful criminal offense within Stapleton County.

(b) Criminal Mischief shall be defined as doing any of the following acts:

(b1) Moving a trash can/trash bin into the road. “Trash can” and “Trash bin” shall be defined as “a blue colored bin used for holding and collecting trash”

(b2) Moving a person more than 5 studs by “pushing” or running into them moving their roblox character, with intent, without their consent.

(b3) Pulling the tool “Flashlight” out repeatedly in a malicious manner, with the intent to make others believe it is a firearm.

(c) Section b1 should not be in effect within the City of Arborfield.

(d) On-duty Law Enforcement Officers, and Firestone National Guard members shall be exempt from section b2 when moving people out of a scene.”

SECTION 3.

Section 1C of “A Bill to make Criminal Mischief a Crime” shall be amended to state: “

“Criminal Mischief” shall state the following:

“(a) Criminal Mischief shall be recognized as an unlawful criminal offense within Stapleton County.

(b) Criminal Mischief shall be defined as doing any of the following acts:

(b1) Moving a trash can/trash bin into the road. “Trash can” and “Trash bin” shall be defined as “a blue colored bin used for holding and collecting trash”

(b2) Moving a person more than 5 studs by “pushing” or running into them moving their roblox character, with intent, without their consent.

(b3) Pulling the tool “Flashlight” out repeatedly in a malicious manner, with the intent to make others believe it is a firearm.

(b4) Entering a sewage channel. “Entering a sewage channel” shall be defined as entering any underground area thats entrance is covered by a metal plate.

(c) On-duty Law Enforcement Officers, and Firestone National Guard members shall be exempt from section b2 when moving people out of a scene.

(d) The Department of Transportation and the Department of Public Works shall be exempt from section b1.

(e) Law Enforcement Officers, Department of Transportation Employees, Department of Public Works Employees, Stapleton County Fire Department Employees, and Department of Health Employees are exempt from section b4 if there is an ongoing scene within a sewage channel.

SECTION 4.

Arborfield legislative piece, “Trash Can Protection Act” shall hereby be deemed null and void.

Chapter 11, Section 1 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall hereby be deemed null and void.

Chapter 11, Section 2 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall hereby be deemed null and void.

SECTION 5.

Upon passage of the Stapleton County Council and signature by the County Executive, this bill shall be effective as County law immediately.
