A Bill to Implement Refusal of Medical Assistance
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: An individual who is injured and is offered medical assistance has the ability to refuse any sort of medical assistance.
SECTION 2: This ability can be revoked if it meets these standards:
SECTION 2A: Injured individual is unconscious and/or unable to regain conscious.
SECTION 2B: The injuries present on casualty are life threatening.
SECTION 2C: The injured individual either considered or known to be suicidal.
SECTION 2D: The injured individual is declared threat to themselves by law enforcement officers.
SECTION 3: The ability to refuse medical assistance shall only be revoked by those certified to render aid.
SECTION 4: Those that are certified to render aid are located here: Trello
SECTION 5: The Firestone Fire Academy will be defined as: Firestone Fire Academy - Roblox
SECTION 6: The Director of the Firestone Fire Academy shall enforce this legislation.
SECTION 7: This legislation shall go into effect immediately.
SECTION 8: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
