A Bill to Illegalize Interfering with Aviation
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS THAT:
§ SECTION I-A: The Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended.
§ SECTION I-B: The Firestone Criminal Code shall be defined as: Trello
§ SECTION II: Section 9, Chapter 1 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended in the aforementioned legislation.
§ SECTION III-A: Section 9, Chapter 1 currently reads:
(a) The act of interfering with a public service employee shall be recognized as an unlawful criminal offense within the State of Firestone.
(a1) Interfering with a public service employee shall be the act of causing any sort of interference or impedance to the duties of a public service employee, or preventing a public service employee from executing their duties or services.
(b) For the clarity of this section, a public service employee shall be recognized as any employee of the Firestone Department of Public Works, the Firestone Department of Transportation, and the Stapleton County Fire Department.
§ SECTION III-B: Section 9, Chapter 1 shall now read:
(a) The act of interfering with a public service employee shall be recognized as an unlawful criminal offense within the State of Firestone.
(a1) Interfering with a public service employee shall be the act of causing any sort of interference or impedance to the duties of a public service employee, or preventing a public service employee from executing their duties or services.
(b) For the clarity of this section, a public service employee shall be recognized as any employee of the Firestone Department of Public Works, the Firestone Department of Transportation, the Stapleton County Fire Department, and the Firestone Department of Aviation.
§ SECTION IV: The Firestone Department of Aviation shall be defined as: Firestone Department of Aviation - Roblox
§ SECTION V: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passing both chambers.
