A BILL
to Forbid the Act of False Reporting Crimes

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1. The act of “False Reporting Crime” shall be forbidden, and shall be defined as:
Reporting a crime or event to authorities that would require emergent attention by emergency services that didn’t actually happen or is not recent.

SECTION 2. As such:
a. The act of unintentionally committing the act of “False Reporting Crime” shall
result in a simple warning or a minimum citation of $10 to a maximum citation of
$200.
b. The act of intentionally and deliberately committing the act of “False Reporting
Crime” shall result in arrest, being regarded as a felony.
c. Law Enforcement Officers and later such the Firestone Courts are to differentiate
cases of intentional and unintentional acts of “False Reporting Crime”.

SECTION 3. This legislation shall be overseen by the Governor and enforced by all Law Enforcement Agencies of Firestone.

SECTION 4. This legislation shall go into effect immediately.

SECTION 5. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
