A BILL
TO FIX UNLAWFUL DISTRIBUTION OF A FIREARM
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
§1. TITLE
(a) This act shall be known and may be cited as “A Bill to Fix Unlawful Distribution of a Firearm”
§2. DEFINITIONS
(a) The “Firestone Criminal Code,” or hereinafter referred to as the “FCC,” shall be defined here.
§3. AMENDMENT
Chapter 5, Section 5, (a1) of the FCC currently states, “The act of unlawful distribution of a firearm shall be recognized as knowingly and maliciously distributing a firearm without proper license or permission to do so, permission and license as prescribed by the Revamped Control of Firearms Act, or further legislation.”
Chapter 5, Section 5, (a1) of the FCC shall be amended to state, “The act of unlawful distribution of a firearm shall be recognized as distributing a firearm without proper license or permission to do so, permission and license as prescribed by the Revamped Control of Firearms Act, or further legislation.”
§4. ENFORCEMENT
(a) This Bill shall be enforced by all relevant parties.
§5. SEVERABILITY & ENACTMENT
(a) Should any part of this bill be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
(b) This bill shall be entered into full effect immediately after completing the constitutionally required process.
