A Bill to fix two Chapter Four, Section Fifteens

PREAMBLE: Two section fifteens were established with the Impersonation of a Business Employee and Misconduct, to fix this Impersonation of a Business Employee shall be moved to section 16 to avoid confusion. The Impersonation of a Business Employee has not been put in the Criminal code yet (it has been signed) but misconduct has, this will allow for it, when added, to not be two section fifteens.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: Chapter 4, Section 15 of the Firestone Criminal Code named “§15 - Impersonation of a Business Employee” shall now become Chapter 4, Section 16 of the Firestone Criminal Code and be renamed “§16 - Impersonation of a Business Employee”.

SECTION 2: This shall go into effect immediately upon completion of the constitutional process required.

SECTION 3: Should any part of this legislation be declared unconstitutional or otherwise struck down, the rest shall remain in effect unless all is struck down or declared unconstitutional.
