Preamble

Whereas, the previous council did the numbering wrong, this bill will fix that.

Be it enacted by the City of Redwood City Council that:

Section 1

"RPD Trespassing Act of 2025” (“the Bill”) shall be defined through its [Trello card](https://trello.com/c/N5GwGVEs).

Section 2

Section 2A of the Bill shall be amended.

Section 2A

Section 2A, Subsection C1 shall be renamed Section 2A, Subsection C.

Section 2B

Section 2A, Subsection C2 shall be renamed Section 2A, Subsection C1

Section 2C

Section 2A, Subsection C3 shall be renamed Section 2A, Subsection C2.

Section 3

This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passing the legal processes as described by the City Charter.
