IN THE SENATE OF THE STATE OF FIRESTONE

A BILL TO FIX THE CAPITOL
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
SECTION I: TITLE
(a) This bill shall be referred to and may be cited as “A Bill to Fix the Capitol”
SECTION II: DEFINITIONS
(a) The Firestone Criminal Code shall be defined here.
(b) The Department of Homeland Security shall be defined here.
(c) Chapter 3, Section 8 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be defined here.
(d) Chapter 3, Section 9 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be defined here.
SECTION III: AMENDMENTS
(a) Chapter 3, Section 8, Subsection b6 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states, “Entering into the areas marked in red in this screenshot without proper clearance from authorized personnel of the Firestone Department of Homeland Security”
(a1) Chapter 3, Section 8, subsection b6 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state, “Entering into the areas marked in red in this screenshot without proper clearance from authorized personnel of the Firestone Department of Homeland Security”
(b) Chapter 3, Section 8, Subsection b6a of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states, “Entering into the areas marked in blue in this screenshot without proper clearance from authorized personnel of the Firestone Department of Homeland Security when the capitol is under lockdown, or an event is currently taking place.”
(b1) Chapter 3, Section 8, Subsection b6a of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state, “Entering into the areas marked in blue in this screenshot without proper clearance from authorized personnel of the Firestone Department of Homeland Security when the capitol is under lockdown, or an event is currently taking place.”
(c) Chapter 3, Section 8, Subsection b6b of the Firestone Criminal Code doesn’t currently exist and shall be added to state, “Entering into the areas marked in green in this screenshot without proper clearance from authorized personnel of the Firestone Department of Homeland Security when the capitol is under lockdown, or an event is currently taking place.”
(d) Chapter 3, Section 9, Subsection b10 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states, “Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so by authorized personnel of the Department of Homeland Security.”
(d1) Chapter 3, Section 9, Subsection b10 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state, ““Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so by authorized personnel of the Department of Homeland Security.”
SECTION IV: ENFORCEMENT
(a) This bill shall be enforced by all relevant entities.
SECTION V: SEVERABILITY AND ENACTMENT
(a) Should any part of this bill be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
(b) This bill shall be entered into effect as an Act of Congress immediately after completing the constitutionally required process.
