A Bill to Fix Impersonation (Revised)

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS* HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

PREAMBLE: In order to prevent confusion this amendment is being brought forth.

§1: A Bill to Amend A Bill to Replace and Fix the Impersonation Law shall be amended.

§2: §2.1 of A Bill to Amend A Bill to Replace and Fix the Impersonation Law shall now state: ‘‘A Bill to Replace and Fix the impersonation law’ Section 2E shall now state: “Impersonating a Law Enforcement Officer” shall be defined as; wearing the badge of a law enforcement agency within the State of Firestone; though if the badge is on an offical shirt (purchased from the main State of Firestone group) it shall not be deemed illegal, putting one’s plate as a callsign of a law enforcement department/officer, or attempting to act in the capacity thereof while not being in that agency or not holding the proper rank to do so (i.e. Probationary Deputy+ or Probationary Trooper+). These agencies are, but not limited to, the Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, the Firestone National Guard, the Firestone Department of Corrections, and the Firestone Department of Homeland Security.

§3: This legislation will be enforced by all Law Enforcement Agencies of Firestone.

§4: This legislation shall go into effect upon being passed from both chambers of Congress.
