A BILL

to Fix Criminal Mischief

PREAMBLE: Whereas, this law ensures that emergency services be allowed to enter the sewers in case of an emergency.

         By virtue of the County Charter of Stapleton County the Council hereby establishes that,

SECTION 1.

a. ‘Chapter 8, Section 1 of the Firestone Criminal Code’ shall be defined as: Trello

SECTION 2.

a. Chapter 8, Section 1, Subsection e of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended.

b. Chapter 8, Section 1, Subsection e of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: “On-duty Law Enforcement Officers, Firestone Department of Transportation Employees, Firestone Department of Public Works Employees, Stapleton County Fire Department Employees, and Firestone Department of Health Employees shall be exempt from section b4.”

c. Chapter 8, Section 1, Subsection e of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: “On-duty Law Enforcement Officers, Firestone Department of Transportation Employees, Firestone Department of Public Works Employees, Stapleton County Fire Department Employees, and Firestone Department of Health Employees shall be exempt from section b3.”

SECTION 3.

a. Upon passage of this act, this Bill shall go into effect as an Ordinance of the Stapleton County Council upon the completion of the legally required processes.
