A Bill to Expand the Power of the Governor Temporarily

A Bill to Expand the Power of the Governor Temporarily

PREAMBLE
During the development phases of StapIeton County v2, it is evident that several departments have not yet been set up due to an active confirmation process, or for any other reason. For this reason, many of the development process has been halted, including boats and other waterway activities. This legislation will allow the Governor to temporarily give another department control over a certain sect of StapIeton County until the department has been fully established.

SECTION 1:
The Governor of the State of Firestone shall have the power to assign any Executive Branch department the power over any bodies of water within StapIeton County, v2.

SECTION 1A:
Such department assigned by the Governor shall establish regulations and enforce any waterways activities temporarily.

SECTION 2:
Upon the confirmation of a Boating and Waterway secretary, this legislation shall be declared null and void. All regulations set by the temporarily ruling department shall be declared null and void.

SECTION 3:
Upon passing both chambers of the State of Firestone Congress, this legislation shall go into effect immediately.

SECTION 4:
All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.

Respectfully submitted to the State of Firestone Congress,

CHIEF SPONSOR(S):
Governor The_Envelope
