A Bill to Establish the “Castle Doctrine”

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: The use of deadly force in protection or breaking of property shall be legalized in the State of Firestone. The use of deadly force would apply in the circumstance that one is encountering harm to come by to their property and protection is deemed necessary.

SECTION 2: The use of deadly force shall be defined as:
A person in which is to use a weapon in the act of possibly causing death or bodily harm to another.

B) Breaking of property shall be defined as:
The act of causing damage to a personal item of one such as, a vehicle, home, or other items.

C) Protection shall be defined as:
The act of preventing harm from another person to ones self.

SECTION 3: The Firestone State Patrol, The Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, The Department of Homeland Security and the Firestone Department of Corrections shall enforce this legislation.

A. The Firestone State Patrol shall be defined as:

C. The Department of Homeland Security shall be defined as:

D. The Department of Corrections shall be defined as:

SECTION 4: Upon passage, this legislation shall go into effect immediately.

SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
