A Bill to Establish Store Robbery
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: The Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended.
SECTION 1A: The Firestone Criminal Code shall be defined as Trello
SECTION 1B: The current Chapter 3, Section 2 shall be nullified from the Criminal Code.
SECTION 1C: The new Chapter 2, Section 10 shall state:
"(a) The act of robbery shall be recognized as an unlawful criminal offense within the State of Firestone.
(a1) Robbery shall be the act of stealing from a player, business recognized by the Firestone Department of Commerce, or other institution recognized by legislation, utilizing fear force to execute such offense without an object capable of causing severe harm to a player, or taking away of goods or property by force or intimidation, to permanently deprive the intended owner of those items"
SECTION 2: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passage and signage by the Governor.
