A Bill to establish Interference with Medical Treatment


BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

Preamble: This bill will establish interference with medical treatment to ensure that those interfering with medical treatment being given by any certified individual will be punished accordingly.

Section 1: Definitions

Section 1A: Hereinafter the words “Firestone Criminal Code” shall be defined as https://trello.com/b/EGN3OQzQ/firestone-criminal-code-r
Section 1B: Hereinafter the words “Health Act” shall be defined as:

Section 2: Chapter 2 §13 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be established herein:

“(a) The act of interference with medical treatment shall be recognized as an unlawful offense in firestone

(a1) Interference with medical treatment is the intentional and willful interference with individuals certified by the appropriate departments under the Health act in the performance of their duties relating to the care and treatment of patients in a medical facility, or a scene of a medical emergency.”

Section 3: Chapter 2 §13 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be classified as a Class C Felony.

Section 4: An individual arrested for Chapter 2 §13 shall be jailed for a time of 700 seconds.

Section 3: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passing both chambers and

signed into law by the Governor.
