A Bill to Establish Better Pardons
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: The Governor shall be able to give out “Get out of Jail Free Cards” to Citizens of the State of Firestone. Each card shall pardon the person holding the card from one (1) felony.
SECTION 2: “Get out of Jail Free Cards” are to be defined as an official and signed document given from the Governor. An example card is as followed: 
SECTION 3: This legislation shall be enforced by the Firestone Courts and the Governor of the State of Firestone.
SECTION 4: This legislation shall go into effect immediately after passing both Congress and being signed by the Governor.
