A Bill to Establish Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS* HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: A Bill to Establish assault of a LEO shall be created.
SECTION 2: Assaulting a LEO Shall be Defined as "Showing aggressive physical contact or attempting to cause any bodily harm to an Officer of the Law.
SECTION 2A: Law Enforcement shall be defined as being a member of;

2A.I The Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office shall be defined as Stapleton County Sheriff's Office - Roblox
2A.II The Firestone Department of Corrections shall be defined as Firestone Department of Corrections - Roblox
2A.III The Firestone State Patrol shall be defined as Firestone State Patrol - Roblox
2A.IVThe Firestone Department of Homeland Security shall be defined as Firestone Department of Homeland Security - Roblox
2A.V The Firestone National Guard shall be defined as Firestone National Guard - Roblox
SECTION 3: This piece of legislation shall be overseen by the office of the Governor, and enforced by all law enforcement agencies of the State of Firestone as well as the Firestone Courts.
SECTION 3A: Members of the Public who violate this may end up Incarcerated for 500-600 Seconds.
SECTION 3C: Assault of a LEO Shall be defined as a Felony.
SECTION 4: This legislation shall go into effective immediately after passage from both chambers of congress, and simultaneously being signed by the Governor.
SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
