A Bill to end Unofficial Businesses

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS* HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: All Businesses privately created that do not have have a Department of Commerce Approval and are operating within the State of Firestone shall be subject to punishment.

SECTION 2: Commerce Approved and Denied businesses can be located within these trello boards.

SECTION 2A: A Unofficial Business shall be defined as any Business not approved by the Department of Commerce and still operating within Firestone.

SECTION 2B: The Business Owner operating the unapproved business shall be subject to no more and no less then 150 seconds in the State Penitentiary.

SECTION 3: The State of Firestone Judiciary branch shall enforce this legislation.

SECTION 4: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passage of both Chambers of Congress.

SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
