A BILL

TO EMPOWER THE GLORIOUS GUARD


Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,

SECTION I: TITLE

(a) This bill shall be called and may be cited as “A Bill to Empower the Glorious Guard.”

SECTION II: DEFINITIONS

(a) The Firestone Criminal Code shall be defined here.

(b) The National Guard Act of 2022 shall be defined here.

SECTION III: AMENDMENTS

(a) Chapter 3, Section 8, Subsection b2, of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states, “Entering into the areas marked in red in this screenshot without proper clearance from authorized personnel of the Firestone National Guard.”

(a1) Chapter 3, Section 8, Subsection b2, of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state, “Entering into the areas marked in red in this screenshot or entering into any body of water in the areas marked in yellow in this screenshot without proper clearance from authorized personnel of the Firestone National Guard or Coast Guard.”

(b) Chapter 3, Section 9, Subsection b3, of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states, “Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so by authorized personnel of the Firestone National Guard.”

(b2) Chapter 3, Section 9, Subsection b3, of the Firestone Criminal Code, shall be amended to state, “Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so by authorized personnel of the Firestone National Guard.”

(c) Section 8, Subsection a, of the National Guard Act of 2022 currently states, “Within Stapleton County, the jurisdiction of the Firestone National Guard shall be the areas shaded red in this image.”

(c1) Section 8, Subsection a, of the National Guard Act of 2022 shall be amended to state, “Within Stapleton County, the jurisdiction of the Firestone National Guard shall be the areas shaded red in this and this image.”

(d) Section 9, Subsection a, of the National Guard Act of 2022 currently states, “Within Stapleton County, the jurisdiction of the Coast Guard shall be the areas shaded red in this image.”

(d1) Section 9, Subsection a, of the National Guard Act of 2022 shall be amended to state, “Within Stapleton County, the jurisdiction of the Coast Guard shall be the areas shaded red in this**, this and this**image.”

SECTION III: ENFORCEMENT

(a) This bill shall be enforced by all relevant parties.

SECTION IV: SEVERABILITY AND ENACTMENT

(a) Should any part of this bill be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.

(b) This bill shall be entered into effect as an Act of Congress immediately after Firestone developers have updated the game to the version that includes the appropriate map additions.
