A Bill to Define Unnecessary Horn Usage

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

PREAMBLE: Citizens often use horns or sounds with intent to annoy others, as well as disrupting roleplay and other activities. They’ll also often play horn sounds that are much louder than the vanilla horn with intent to annoy and damage the ears of others around them.

SECTION 1: Unnecessary & excessive horn usage shall hereby be deemed illegal in the State of Firestone.

SECTION 2: Unnecessary & excessive horn usage shall be defined as: using the horn of a vehicle without means of warning for danger or to alert other drivers, and constantly using the horn in a continuous loop without legitimate reason in a traffic setting.

SECTION 3: Unnecessary Horn Usage shall be defined as a misdemeanor offense. First offense will be a verbal warning, second offense will be a citation $75- $175, third offense will result in a misdemeanor arrest of 200 - 400 seconds for violating this law, and failure to comply.

SECTION 4: All agencies with the ability to cite, the Department of Justice, and the Firestone Courts shall be responsible for enforcing this legislation.

SECTION 5: Upon passage of both chambers of the Firestone State Congress, this legislation shall go into effect immediately.
