A Bill to Define Reckless Discharge of a Firearm

SECTION 1: Reckless Discharge of a Firearm shall be illegal and a chargeable offense.

SECTION 1A: Reckless Discharge of a Firearm shall be defined as a felony.

SECTION 2: Reckless Discharge of a Firearm shall be defined as firing one’s firearm without the consideration of the lives of others or his/herself.

SECTION 3: Violators of this legislation shall be charged in according to number of offenses

SECTION 3A: First offense: 200 seconds of jail time.

SECTION 3B: Second offense: 300 seconds of jail time.

SECTION 3C: Third offense: 500 seconds of jail time.

SECTION 3D: If a violator exceeds three (3) offenses, the punishment will be that of SECTION 3C

SECTION 4: The Department of Homeland Security, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Corrections, and The Firestone State Patrol shall enforce this legislation.

SECTION 5: The enforcers of this legislation shall be defined as:

SECTION 5B: The Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office shall be defined as: Stapleton County Sheriff's Office - Roblox

SECTION 5C: The Department of Corrections shall be defined as: https://www.roblox.com/groups/group.aspx?gid=2807789

SECTION 5D: The Firestone State Patrol shall be defined as: Firestone State Patrol - Roblox

SECTION 6: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passage.

SECTION 7: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
