A BILL TO DEFINE PUNISHMENTS FOR LEAKING CLASSIFIED INFORMATION

MAY IT BE ENACTED BY THE FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: This Bill shall define the punishments for leaking classified information. This bill will follow the provisions presented by Executive Order 29.
SECTION 2: Executive Order 29 shall be defined as: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1msCFoBYKEqIG5pFB2-nczbnAZ-MOWMGw/view
SECTION 3: The Department of Justice, also known as the Justice Department, shall be responsible for the execution of this legislation in its entirety.

SECTION 4: There will be three levels of severity of leaking classified information:
- At the lowest, unintentionally leaking classified information to people unauthorized to view deliberately will be for when people accidentally show or give classified information to people unauthorized to view. The court system will decide whether someone actually unintentionally gave some classified information or they deliberately gave it to them.
- More severe than the last one, giving classified information to people unauthorized to view is when people distribute classified information to other people, but isn’t released it to the public.
- At the highest, purposely leaking classified information will be for when people publically release classified information for anyone to view.
SECTION 5: There will be three levels of punishments in correspondence with the levels of severity of leaking classified information:
- Unintentionally leaking classified information is a severity that will have to be gauged by the courts to see whether the information was actually unintentionally leaked. Unintentionally leaking classified information will result in the person who leaked the document(s) resigning from their position.
- Distributing classified information will be cause for the person who leaked the document(s) resigning from their position, and a blacklist from Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Justice.
- Purposely leaking classified information will be cause for the individual who leaked the document(s) resigning from their position, and a blacklist from all Firestone departments and Government positions.
SECTION 6: This bill shall be subject to the passage of the Senate and the House of Representatives, whereas it shall be the duty of the governor to veto or sign this bill, if signed, this bill shall be made law immediately.
