A Bill to Define Malpractice

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1:

A bill established to define malpractice and deem it as illegal.

SECTION 2:

Malpractice shall be defined as; the sub-standard treatment of a patient, usually by a medical practitioner, resulting in deficiencies or flaws that have caused harm to the patient due to negligence of the caretaker.

SECTION 2A:

If a civilian causes the death of a patient due to malpractice, it shall be defined as manslaughter

SECTION 2B:

Malpractice causing death by a civilian should lead to an arrest for manslaughter, with jail time being between three-hundred (300) and five-hundred (500) seconds.

SECTION 2C:

If a medical practitioner causes the death of a patient due to malpractice, it can be brought to court under a lawsuit for negligence.

SECTION 2D:

This law will be deemed void if the patient improperly role-plays, and dies without giving the practitioner any opportunity to take care of the patient.

SECTION 3:

This legislation shall be enforced by Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Firestone State Patrol, Firestone Department of Homeland Security, and any other recognized law enforcement agency.

SECTION 3A:

Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office shall be defined as;

Firestone State Patrol shall be defined as;

SECTION 3C:

Firestone Department of Homeland Security shall be defined as;

SECTION 4:

This legislation shall be put into effect immediately.

SECTION 5:

All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
