A Bill to Define Inflicting Chaos

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: The crime of inflicting chaos is hereby illegal in the State of Firestone.

SECTION 2: Inflicting chaos shall be defined as: Intentionally causing a massive disturbance or panic in a commercial, residential, or industrial area.

SECTION 2A: Inflicting chaos shall be considered a misdemeanor if the suspect unintentionally caused disturbance or panic.

SECTION 2B: Inflicting chaos shall be considered a felony if the suspect has been prosecuted prior to the same offense.

SECTION 3: Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Firestone State Patrol, and Department of Homeland Security shall be responsible for the enforcement of this legislation.

SECTION 4: Upon passage from the State of Firestone Congress this legislation shall go into effect immediately.

SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
