SECTION 1
This bill shall properly define the word “Evidence” within the State of Firestone.
SECTION 2
Evidence shall be defined as: “the available body of facts or information indicating whether a belief or proposition is true or valid”
a. Evidence in the State of Firestone can be collected from direct ROBLOX sites and/or third-party applications.
b. “Third Party Applications” shall be defined as any site or application that is related to firestone indirectly. Instances of this can be: Twitter, Discord, etc…
c. Third-Party applications and witnesses can be allowed as evidence if deemed valid by the Firestone Courts.
SECTION 3
The Firestone Courts along with the Department of Justice shall oversee this legislation.
SECTION 4
This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passage of both chambers and being signed by the Governor.
SECTION 5
All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
