To strengthen election security by preventing political candidates from buying signatures or intimidating civilians to provide such during elections.

Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
§1. Title
a. This bill shall be known, and may be cited as, “A Bill to Criminalize Unethical Signatures”.
§2. Enactment
a. This Bill shall go into effect upon completing the processes constitutionally required.
§3. Severability
a. Should any part of this Bill be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
§4. Enforcement
a. This Bill shall be enforced by any relevant parties.
§5. Definitions
a. The ‘Firestone Criminal Code’ shall be defined as: Firestone Criminal Code
§6. Amendments
a. Chapter 12, Section 1, subsection (c) of the Firestone Criminal Code does not exist, but shall be created to state:
(c) Vote buying shall also be the act of providing someone money or other thing of value with an agreement that they will provide or not provide a signature for a campaign in a public election.
b. Chapter 12, Section 2, subsection (c) of the Firestone Criminal Code does not exist, but shall be created to state:
(c) Voter intimidation shall also be the act of, with the intent to make someone provide or not provide a signature for a campaign in a public election, threatening to commit a crime against another person.
