A Bill to Criminalize Destruction of Wildlife


BE IT ENACTED BY THE DISTRICT OF PROMINENCE COUNCIL HERE ASSEMBLED THAT,

SECTION 1

  1. The Firestone Criminal Code (“CC”, “FCC”, “Criminal Code”) shall be defined here.
  2. Destruction of Wildlife shall be defined as intentionally damaging or disrupting nature without purpose. (i.e trees)
  3. “District of Prominence Park” shall be defined here

SECTION 2

Chapter 9, Section 1 of the Criminal Code shall be created and shall state “§1 - Destruction of Wildlife”. “Destruction of Wildlife” shall be classified as a Class B Misdemeanor and carry a fine of $200 FSD. Chapter 9, Section 1 of the FCC shall state, “

  1. Destruction of Wildlife shall be recognized as an unlawful criminal offense in the District of Prominence.
  2. Destruction of Wildlife shall be defined as standing intentionally damaging or disrupting nature without purpose.
  3. Parking on the trail/grass surrounding the District of Prominence Park shall be considered “Destruction of Wildlife.”
  4. Section (c) shall be considered null & void if committed by the Department of Boating and Waterways, or the Firestone Park Service.

SECTION 3

This crime shall have the ability to be enforced by any law enforcement officer that operates within the District of Prominence

SECTION 4

This District Ordinance shall go into effect immediately upon passing the legal processes as described by the District Charter.
