Preamble

A Bill to Bar TateSnowy from office for his actions & his impeachment from office.

Be it enacted by the City of Redwood City Council that:

Section 1

TateSnowy shall be defined here.

Section 2

The evidence shall be as follows,

Exhibit A - TateSnowy Threatening Employees

Exhibit B - Unethical Executive Order

Exhibit C - Outcome Of Executive Order

Exhibit D - TateSnowy Violating The BVP System (illegal election)

Exhibit E - TateSnowy Admitting He Sponsored an Illegal Election

Exhibit F - TateSnowy being impeached by the County.

Section 3

TateSnowy shall be barred from holding any office for betrayal of the public trust, egregious acts against the City of Redwood and the people, sponsoring an election that violates the Election and Block Plurality Voting Acts and being impeached by the County.

Section 4

This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passing the legal processes as described by the City Charter.
