A Bill to Bar Patchy319 from Public Office and the Executive Branch
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1A: Patchy319 shall be barred from holding any position within the government as well as any employment within the Executive Branch.
SECTION 1B: The following positions within the State of Firestone are considered government offices: Court Justice (District - Supreme), County Government Official, County Executive, House of Representatives, Senator, Cabinet, Sub-Cabinet, Speaker of the House, Lieutenant Governor and Governor.
SECTION 1C: The following positions within the Stapleton County are considered government offices: County Government Staff, City Mayor, Court Justice, County Administration, County Council, District Attorney, County Chairperson, and County Executive.
SECTION 1D: The following positions within any of the listed departments are considered executive branch employment:

SECTION 4: This legislation shall be enforced by the offices of the Governor and County Executive.
SECTION 5: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passing both chambers of Congress.
SECTION 6: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
