A Bill to Bar Kamraxn from the Arborfield Government
Preamble: Bars Kamraxn from all executive and legislative positions in Arborfield.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY OF ARBORFIELD COUNCIL HERE ASSEMBLED THAT,
SECTION 1
This document shall be legally empowered and binding upon the completion of the process set out by the City Charter.
SECTION 2
Should any part of this document be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
SECTION 3
Kamraxn shall be defined here.
The City Charter shall be defined here.
SECTION 4
Pursuant to Article IV Section 11 of the City Charter, Kamraxn shall be barred from holding any executive or legislative position in the City of Arborfield, after this bill passes the City Council.
SECTION 5
Kamraxn is to be barred due to gross misconduct and corruption.

SECTION 7
This Bill shall go into effect immediately upon passing the legal processes stated in the City Charter.
