Mr. Funpark22(for himself) introduced the following bill:
A HOUSE BILL
To allow Municipal mayors to enter their police stations without the possibility of getting charged with Loitering.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE
This Act may be cited as the “Municipal Loitering Amendment.”
SEC 2. ENACTMENT
This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.

SEC 3. SEVERABILITY
Should any part of this Legislation be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
SEC 4. ENFORCEMENT
This Act shall be implemented by the Criminal Code Revision Act Manager and enforced by all Law Enforcement Officers and Courts of the State of Firestone.
This Act shall be enforced by all Courts and other Judicial Bodies of the State of Firestone.
(a) This Resolution shall be enforced by the Presiding Officers of Congress, defined as the Speaker of the House, Lieutenant Governor, Speaker pro tempore, and President pro tempore.
(a) This Resolution shall be enforced by the Presiding Officers of the Senate, defined as the Lieutenant Governor and President pro tempore.
(b) No legislation shall be proposed in contravenance of this Resolution.
SEC 5. DEFINITIONS
(a) For the purposes of this Legislation, the ‘Firestone Criminal Code’, as described by the Criminal Code Revision Act (R), shall be defined as: https://trello.com/b/EGN3OQzQ
(a) For the purposes of this Legislation, ‘Chapter 3, Section 9 of the Firestone Criminal Code’ shall be defined as: Chapter 3, Section 9 of the FCC
SEC 6. REPEALMENTS
This Act makes no repealments.
SEC 7. AMENDMENTS
(a) Chapter 3, Section 9, Sub-section b, Clause 9 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended.
(i) Chapter 3, Section 9, Sub-section b, Clause 9 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: " Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so by authorized personnel of the Prominence District Police."
(ii) Chapter 3, Section 9, Sub-section b, Clause 9 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: " Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so by authorized personnel of the Prominence District Police and the Prominence Mayors."
(b) Chapter 3, Section 9, Sub-section b, Clause 18 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended.
(i) Chapter 3, Section 9, Sub-section b, Clause 18 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: " Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so by authorized personnel of the Redwood Police Department.
(ii) Chapter 3, Section 9, Sub-section b, Clause 18 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: " Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so by authorized personnel of the Redwood Police Department and the Redwood Mayors."
(c) Chapter 3, Section 9, Sub-section b, Clause 19 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended.
(i) CChapter 3, Section 9, Sub-section b, Clause 19 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: " Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so by authorized personnel of the Arborfield Police Department."
(ii) Chapter 3, Section 9, Sub-section b, Clause 19 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: " Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so by authorized personnel of the Arborfield Police Department and the Arborfield Mayors."
