A Bill to Amend the “Firestone Traffic Act”
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS* HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: The “Firestone Traffic Act” shall be amended.
SECTION 2: Chapter 1, Section 4 of the “Firestone Traffic Act” currently states, “Illegal U-Turns’ shall be an illegal traffic infraction in Firestone. Illegal U-Turns shall be defined as: “making a U-turn when unauthorized to do so by signage or road markings”.
SECTION 2A: The “Firestone Traffic Act” shall be amended to state, “Illegal U-Turns’ shall be an illegal traffic infraction in Firestone. Illegal U-Turns shall be defined as: “making a U-turn when unauthorized to do so by signage including a no left hand turn sign, road markings including a double yellow line, or a center median in the roadway.”
SECTION 3: Chapter 4, Section 3, Part E of the “Firestone Traffic Act” currently states: “Vehicles cannot stop in any way that endangers the public.”
SECTION 3A: Chapter 4, Section 3, Part E of the “Firestone Traffic Act” shall be amended to state: Vehicles cannot stop in any way that endangers the public, including emergency lanes and shoulders without proper reason.
SECTION 4: This bill shall be overseen by any Law Enforcement Officer defined by law who has the ability and authority to conduct a citation inside of their respective jurisdiction.
SECTION 5: The “Firestone Traffic Act” shall be defined as Firestone Traffic Act Part 1 and Firestone Traffic Act Part 2
