A Bill to Amend Interfering with a Public Service Employee
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. DEFINITIONS
(a) The Firestone Criminal Code shall be defined as: https://trello.com/b/EGN3OQzQ/firestone-criminal-code
SECTION 2. AMENDMENT
(a) Chapter 1, Section 9, sub-section (b) of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: “For the clarity of this section, a public service employee shall be recognized as an employee of the Firestone Department of Public Works, the Firestone Department of Transportation, the Stapleton County Fire Department, the Firestone Department of Aviation, Firestone Department of Health, the Firestone Department of Boating and Waterways, and the Firestone Department of Commerce.”
(b) Chapter 1, Section 9, sub-section (b) of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: “For the clarity of this section, a public service employee shall be recognized as an on-duty employee of the Firestone Department of Public Works, the Firestone Department of Transportation, the Stapleton County Fire Department, the Firestone Department of Aviation, Firestone Department of Health, the Firestone Department of Boating and Waterways, and the Firestone Department of Commerce.”
SECTION 3. ENACTMENT
(a) This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon completing the processes constitutionally required.
SECTION 4. SEVERABILITY
(a) Should any part of this act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
