A Bill to Amend "Firestone Traffic Revision Act [Part 1]

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS* HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: Amends the Firestone Traffic Revision Act [Part 1]

SECTION 2: The Firestone Traffic Revision Act [Part 1] shall be defined as: Firestone Traffic Revision Act [Part 1]

SECTION 3A: The Firestone Traffic Revision Act [Part 1] § 14. 7 Currently states:

" Any person charged with Speeding shall receive the following punishment:
a. 10 above the speed limit: $40 citation.
b. 20 above the speed limit: $60 citation.
c. 30 above the speed limit: $80 citation.
d. 40 above the speed limit: $100 citation.
e. 50 above the speed limit: $120 citation and a charge for Reckless Driving (or Recklessly Operating a Bicycle for bicycles).
f. 60 above the speed limit: $140 citation and a charge for Reckless Driving (or Recklessly Operating a Bicycle for bicycles).
g. Increasing by $20 and including a charge for Reckless Driving (or Recklessly Operating a Bicycle for bicycles) every 10 above 60 above the speed limit."

SECTION 3B: The Firestone Traffic Revision Act [Part 1] § 14. 7 shall now state:

h. Going above the Speed limit on the 401: 150 Citation and a Charge for Reckless Driving"

SECTION 4: This shall go into affect immediately upon the proper procedures in the Constitution of the State of Firestone, and signature from the Governor.
