BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: “Firestone Traffic Revision Act [Part 1]” shall be amended.
SECTION 2A: § 14.1. Currently states, “‘Speeding’ shall be an illegal infraction in Firestone. Speeding shall be defined as: “driving or operating a bicycle faster than the speed limit”.”
SECTION 2B: § 14.1. Shall now state, “Speeding’ shall be an illegal infraction in Firestone. Speeding shall be defined as: “driving or operating a vehicle faster than the speed limit”.”
SECTION 3: “Firestone Traffic Revision Act [Part 1]” shall be defined as: Firestone Traffic Revision Act [Part 1]
SECTION 4: This piece of legislation shall be enforced by all law enforcement agencies of the State of Firestone as well as the Firestone Courts.
SECTION 5: This legislation shall go into effective immediately after passage from both chambers of congress, and being signed by the Governor.
