A Bill to Amend ‘Criminal Code Act Chapter 1’

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: Section Q1 of ‘Criminal Code Act Chapter 1’ shall be amended.

SECTION 1A: ‘Criminal Code Act Chapter 1’ shall be defined as Criminal Code Act Chapter 1

SECTION 2A: Section Q1 currently states, “Should a person commit Hit and Run when there are injuries present, such offense shall be a felony. Should a person commit Hit and Run when there is property damage present, such offense shall be a misdemeanor.”

SECTION 2B: Section Q1 shall now state, “Hit and run shall be considered a felony, prosecutable, arrestable, and unlawful.”

SECTION 3: All law enforcement agencies and the courts shall enforce this legislation.

SECTION 4: This legislation shall go into effect immediately after passage from both chambers of Congress and signed by the Governor.
