A Bill to amend An Act to Simplify False Arrest and False Citation


IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE STATE OF FIRESTONE

Mr. Funpark22(for himself) introduced the following bill:


A HOUSE BILL


         Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE

    This Act may be cited as the “Act to Simplify False Arrest and False Citation amendment of 2023”.


SEC 2. ENACTMENT

    This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.

SEC 3. SEVERABILITY

    Should any part of this legislation be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.


SEC 4. ENFORCEMENT

    This Act shall be implemented by the Criminal Code Revision Act Manager and enforced by all Law Enforcement Officers and Courts of the State of Firestone.

    This Act shall be enforced by all Courts and other Judicial Bodies of the State of Firestone.

    (a) This Legislation shall be enforced by the Presiding Officers of Congress, defined as the Speaker of the House, Lieutenant Governor, Speaker pro tempore, and President pro tempore.

    (b) This Legislation shall be enforced by the Presiding Officers of the Senate, defined as the Lieutenant Governor and President pro tempore.

    (c) No legislation shall be proposed in contravenance of this Legislation.


SEC 5. DEFINITIONS

    (a) For the purposes of this Bill, the ‘Act to Simplify False Arrest and False Citation’, should be described by the Following Legislation


SEC 6. REPEALMENTS

    This Act makes no repealments.


SEC 7. AMENDMENTS

    (a) Section 6.1 of An Act to Simplify False Arrest and False Citation currently does not exist, but shall be created and amended to state: “Law enforcement officers who make arrests or citations in good faith that the person they are arresting or citing actually committed the offense applied shall be immune from civil liability only when the officer cannot reasonably, without undue delay, determine the actual violator when multiple individuals present themselves as the same individuals OR when multiple individuals are dressed in identical fashion within the vicinity of a detainment or arrest.
