A Bill to Amend "A Bill to Repeal and Replace A Bill to Recognize Restricted Areas"


BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: Title, Effective Date, and Enforcement

A) This bill shall be known as "A Bill to Amend “A Bill to Repeal and Replace A Bill to Recognize Restricted Areas””.

B) This bill shall become effective immediately upon passage from both chambers of the Congress and signed by the Governor.

C) Law Enforcement Agencies and the Firestone Legislative Branch shall enforce this bill.

SECTION 2: Definitions

A) Hereinafter, "A Bill to Repeal and Replace A Bill to Recognize Restricted Areas " shall be defined as; A Bill to Repeal and Replace A Bill to Recognize Restricted Areas

SECTION 3: Amendments

A) Section 2C of "A Bill to Repeal and Replace A Bill to Recognize Restricted Areas " currently states;

Any individual who breaches a restricted area without the proper clearance required to enter shall receive consequences of which shall be stated in ‘Section 2C.1’:

B) Section 2C of "A Bill to Repeal and Replace A Bill to Recognize Restricted Areas " shall now state;

Any individual who breaches a restricted area without the proper clearance required to enter shall receive consequences of which shall be stated in ‘Section 2C.1’, if punishments are not defined in Section 2 and it’s subsections, excluding Section 2A through Section 2D.


C) Section 2D of "A Bill to Repeal and Replace A Bill to Recognize Restricted Areas " currently states;

Restricted areas that will be recognized shall be stated in the following sections of (2E-2I):

D) Section 2D of "A Bill to Repeal and Replace A Bill to Recognize Restricted Areas " shall now state;

Restricted areas that will be recognized shall be stated in Section 2 and it’s subsections, excluding Section 2A through Section 2D.


E) Section 2J shall be added to "A Bill to Repeal and Replace A Bill to Recognize Restricted Areas " and state;

The Department of Transportation impound lot (Screenshot by Lightshot) shall be considered a restricted area. Loitering on the Department of Transportation impound lot shall be a misdemeanor offense and shall be punished with a citation of 100 (one-hundred) dollars.


F) Section 2K shall be added to "A Bill to Repeal and Replace A Bill to Recognize Restricted Areas " and state;

Government gas stations shall be considered private property and off limits to non-government workers. Government gas stations shall be recognized by the signs which read “AUTHORIZED VEHICLE ONLY” and are fenced off. Loitering on the government gas station(s) shall be a misdemeanor offense and shall be punished with a citation of 150 (one-hundred and fifty) dollars.
